三、主要教学科研工作

教学工作:在304am永利集团从事动物科学及相关专业教学、科研和技术推广工作,主讲本科生《动物育种学》、《猪生产学》及教学实习等课程,研究生《动物遗传原理与育种方法》、《动物遗传育种专论》、《现代动物生产专论》课程。

科研方向:猪遗传育种和产业化研究

主持或参加科研项目二十多项,主持完成国家级星火计划重点项目1项、吉林省良种培育项目2项、吉林省发改委重点项目1项,参加国家科技支撑计划2项,主持或参加省部级项目科研4项。多年来致力于军牧1号白猪和东辽黑猪的选育研究,努力探索特色猪种开发新模式。在国内率先建立猪饲料效率分化资源群体,选育出料重比2.4:1的节粮型军牧1号白猪;选育肌内脂肪4.63%的优质型东辽黑猪,打造“猪领鲜”和“猪锦记”品牌,实现全产业链发展。发表中英文章60余篇,编著《图说高效养猪关键技术》(金盾出版社,8.0万字/11.1万字),主编《动物遗传育种与繁殖实验指导》(304am永利集团出版社)9.3万字,主编《规模养猪技术》,副主编《猪生产学》(全国高等农林院校十三五、十四五规划教材),参编《现代畜牧业案例分析》(全国高等农林院校十三五规划教材),《畜牧兽医专业英语听力教程》(复旦大学出版社)。完成吉林省教学改革项目2项,304am永利集团教学改革项目1项,获304am永利集团教学改革成果二等奖1项,主持吉林省自然科学学术成果二等奖1项,吉林省登记科技成果2项。2011~2012年,在美国IOWA州立大学Jack Dekkers教授实验室做访问学者。主要开展生猪饲料效率、睾丸发育、产仔数等方面全基因组选择和功能基因组学研究。

学术兼职:吉林省畜牧兽医学会副理事长;中国畜牧兽医学会动物遗传育种学分会理事;动物遗传标记分会理事;东北养猪研究会常务理事;吉林省生猪遗传改良计划专家组成员。

研究生培养:已毕业研究生22人(赵伟、李传民、蔡飞翔、张晓军、潘韵致、周梦娇、刘鑫、郭佳、梁梦迪、齐佳佳、王振博、刘莹、刘鹏磊、程雨、王春旭、李靖、张绍萱、杨婷婷、杨素梅、王艳秋、魏华凯、罗柯),现有在读硕士研究生4人,博士3人,博士后2人。

四、获奖情况

2020年,吉林省科学技术奖二等奖,吉林特色猪种优良经济性状基因挖掘与功能解析(1/8)。
